INTRODUCTION
This course provides the participants with the skills necessary as lead auditor to execute an Integrated Management System (IMS) audit based on globally recognized audit principles, methods and techniques. The course enables the participants to plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance to the standard certification process. It also an avenue to master audit techniques and manage an audit program, audit team, communication with customers and conflict resolution.

▪ To perform the responsibilities as IMS Lead Auditor.
